Organization: The parent organization is Open Carry Florida .org. The training departments of the parent organization are broken up into various sub organizations. They are: Suncoast Gun Club .com, Young Americans Marksmanship & Safety Association, and Armed Citizens League .com.
Various clubs: The various clubs exist to promote the 2nd Amendment, under the Bill of Rights, as provided for under the U.S. Constitution and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Other Organizations: Neither the parent organization, nor any sub club listed above, is a representative or agent of any other private club or association, such as the Civilian Marksmanship Program, Inc., or the National Rifle Association, Inc. These, and others, are Separate Organizations. However, Instructors teaching at any, or all, of the sub clubs listed above may hold certifications from one, or more, nationally known and recognized organizations. Classes conducted as being from one of the many other nationally recognized organizations will contain material, books, and certificates produced and printed by the specific organization of origin.
Eligibility: As stated on the Armed Citizens League.com page, the Armed Citizens League.com is a public education organization. A private organization/club (private being defined as: a non-government entity or agency) open to the general public without restrictions except by lay (by law being, for example, a person barred by law from possessing, holding, touching a firearm, as in the case of a convicted felon.)
Disclosure: Any person barred by law from possessing, holding, touching any firearm or weapon must inform any trainer of this material fact and is restricted from obtaining or attending any club training or activity, and furthermore holds the club, club trainers, and club owners and staff harmless from violations of any law, or any consequences, as a result of any legally barred persons participation with any part of club activities or interaction with club personnel.
Control: Neither the Parent Organization, nor any of the various sub organizations (herein collectively referred to as clubs) has any control over the use, in whole or in part, of any training, instruction, lecture, discussion, demonstration, or hypothetical situation as being suitable for a particular purpose, accepted legally, lawful or unlawful in any given jurisdictions, whether communicated verbally, in print, by video, or any and all printed materials obtained from or distributed by the training department, any of the clubs, or trainer/instructor.
Warranty: Therefor, as neither the training department nor any trainer of the club has any control over the use of any training received by any student member, nor control of the use of any materials, documents, certificates or other materials,if any, possibly received before,during, or after a training session, no warranty of suitability for any intended purpose is expresses or implied by the training department, or any instructor, trainer, guest speaker, apprentice, aid, assistant or helper.
Due to the vast differing experience of club members, and the equally diverse needs and differing jurisdictions from which club attendees come from, and unforeseen changes in laws and requirements, suitability for a universal purpose and/or universal jurisdictions obviously is impossible. Responsibility: Therefor, for the reasons listed above and herein, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the CLUB MEMBER/CLUB ATTENDEE to comply with any and all jurisdictional, department, company or government regulations or laws derived from the use of club instruction or materials.
Any person attending any club meeting, event, lecture or training, whether for free, paid membership or paid contribution, is hereby deemed a club member/club attendee and therefor agrees to and is hereby bound by the Policies and Operating Terms of the club(s)/organization.
